1. The orders on crystalmiracle.co.in can only be placed online. Once the payment of products is made online by the customer, the delivery process commences.

If you placed two or more identical orders by mistake, please let us know about it. We will give a full refund for the duplicate order, provided that the order has not been prepared or delivered. If we find that the same order has been made twice, we will try to contact the customer and get that clarified. If the customer is not contactable, we will not dispatch the order. Orders of this nature will be subject to cancellation if confirmation is not received within a 5-day period.

If any product received by you is in a damaged/defective condition, you should report the same to crystalmiracle.co within 24 hours of such delivery on +91 7701967267 and mail us the opening video of the same at contact@crystalmiracle.co.in. We will deliver a fresh product to you. Subject to the Terms and Conditions, if crystalmiracle.co.in initiates refund, it takes 7-10 business days to reflect the refunded amount in your account. Shortly after you place an order, you will receive an Order Confirmation e-mail which will include all the details of your order including the order number. To show our appreciation, you will receive confirmation e-mail from crystalmiracle.co.in when your gift has been delivered.
